Books, I'm turning nerd!

Yesterday Emily and I went to the Cornerstone concert- CRE8TIVE Weihui they all invited us to. Eek, I felt so out again. First there was the singing of songs part, then six people were asked to do the Leap of Faith, or whatever thing. Weiyi and Weihui did the jump where they had to land on their backs on the connected hands of two rows of guys! After that there was this guy who gave a testimony, I know he was trying to make it sound a lil' more funny and interesting but I wasn't laughing when everyone else was. I have no sense of humour. There was this girl sitting behind us who was weeping (I think it's the oh-so-holy thing), oh my, I mean the atmosphere is not quite suitable for crying, weirrrrd. Whatever, went home after that, went to bed at almost 3AM.
Overslept today, luckily I was only late ten minutes for tuition. My parents, Weihui, Christel and I had nasi lemak for lunch together. Then my father fetched me and my mother to Compasspoint 'cause she wanted to get a new phone. Okay did I mention my mother went to Parkway Parade to get me the books I wanted when I was having tuition! She bought The Da Vinci Code, Chronicles of Narnia and Memoirs of a Geisha! Thanks mummy! I love her a lot!
I'm kind of slow to be reading The Da Vinci Code only now but whatever. I think these three books will last me for the whole year, I read really slow.
I don't really like school, I can't wait for the Chinese New Year holidays. I want a break. We're having dinner at Aunt Lillian's, never mind there's no red packets.
But I need money for Christmas '06 Fund, I'm broke now. Shouldn't have eaten McDonalds for lunch the other day. And my mother has been giving me allowance, I shouldn't be taking them 'cause they're supposed to be forfeited for the instalments for the Cybershot T7. Ah, I feel as if I'm cheating my mother's money. I'll have to scrimp and save the next few months.
